Summer is Here!

Remembering
High fire enamels on kiln-fired float glass

Well, here comes summer! We went to our nephew's wedding in Asheville, NC last weekend. The weather was perfect. Then when we came back, we found out that it is still nice here. The humidity is low and there is a slight breeze.

I am still working on pieces for upcoming exhibitions:

The Women's Exhibition sponsored by the Florida Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts at the airport gallery, "Go Green" by the Artists' League at the FSU Museum of Fine Arts, and the Soulmates exhibition at LeMoyne. I am excited about the work for the Featured Artists series at Kittrell/Riffkind and I am working toward that event. My Pillars Projects are completed and already in place at local businesses.

I have 6 pieces at The Bender Gallery in Asheville. It is a beautiful space and we enjoyed our visit there last weekend.

Well, it is time to get busy! Have a good evening. Come back soon!

Hi Sara,

One piece entitled "Eclipse Indifference" is at Environmental Visions on Centerville Road. I found out at the last board meeting when one of the members, who owns the business, said that someone is interested in it (it is a diptych). I'm not sure where the other piece is. I don't believe the maps have been completed yet. I'll post pictures of the two pieces soon.

Have a good day!
